Who sang the 80's rap tune, "Stupid other Rappers"? (Stu-stu-stu-stupid other rappers)?

This is a very obscure song...but the lyrics in the chorus repeated: "stu-stu-stu-stu-stupid other rappers...stupid as can be" Please help!

who knows. It doesn't sound familiar. I googled it and nothing turns up. I doubt it is even a real song the only other option I would say would be Wierd Al Yankovich
