The WORST places as far as pain goes..your shin (or anywhere that skin is close to the bone or your sternum. These are supposed to be the worse. Im sure on a boney area of your skull is no fun either

Sternum and backside of the upper arm. Those hurt the most for me

hi boyfriend just got a tatto and he asked the guy which is the worse place to get a tatto and he saif on the bottom of your foot.

just don't get one on your foot or wrist. That's from experience. The bicep and calf are nothing (I'd give them a 4).
