no, bare legs. the dress is too open. you can only wear pantyhose with dresses with sleeves.

Panty hose would be fine. It really depends on who you are going out with.Family; panty hose, boyfriend; thigh highs. Its a great dress by the way.

Go with nylons and a garterbelt, especially if the bf will be with you. I usually get mine here: www.secretsinlace.com A really sheer, almost black with shimmer should do the trick. Its such a pretty dress!
