It sound tough indeed. If I am lucky and able to go to gym,I would
probably walk in the pool, just about it. I didn't think about aging much,but your question brought me awareness.I would like think about IT this weekend over a cup of tea.

I doubt I'll live to be that old. Besides Christ will come back between "now" and about the year 2030, at the rate of technology advancement seems to indicate
