It sound tough indeed. If I am lucky and able to go to gym,I would
probably walk in the pool, just about it. I didn't think about aging much,but your question brought me awareness.I would like think about IT this weekend over a cup of tea.

I doubt I'll live to be that old. Besides Christ will come back between "now" and about the year 2030, at the rate of technology advancement seems to indicate

At this point, I'd be lucky to live past 50--given the nature of my growing health problems.

i'm gonna wear shirts with my buttons un-buttoned so my chest hair pops out and spray kids with a hose if they get on my lawn
