He's not bothering anyone. He's not selling drugs, or committing some illegal act.

what is he watching?????? a) you know what or b) normal shows. i stay up all night to.i cant sleep very good at all till i make myself go to sleep!!!!!!!! I'm a girl and I stay up watching normal shows. however, as you know alot of guys do stay up for that or hit it in the morning before you wake up. i don't know it really depends on the situation. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
