I assume your talisman is some kind of symbol, and the symbols used in Kabbalah reflect the relationship between God and the creation and how that relationship is mirrored in the world around us and in the psychological world within us. So meditating on your talisman may not make you more psychic, but it may make you more insightful.

Wiccans aren't the only ones who practice magic! :D

Most talismans I make incorporate the Qaballah to some extent; it is nearly the oldest form of ritual magic, after all. I've found them effective, but I've created them for specific situation and added in things from other traditions as well.

I'd give it a try; it is a pretty ancient form of magic, after all, and it certainly can't hurt anything.

Sweetie a talisman, kaballa or otherwise is only as strong as the power and belief of the person wearing it. Be they Wiccan, Essene, Gardener, Masonic or what have you.

you may want to've referred it to an orthodox (hell, even, maybe, a reform) rabbi, being that the modern "qaballah" movement, as "practised" by madonna (the irony), et al, is a scam, not even LOOSELY based on the originally oral jewish mystical tradition that's mostly concerned with the esoteric meaning of the old testament (and math. a lot of math. fer realz.). i wish you the best luck in the world, dear, but please do a bit more research, especially if the talismans cost anything (and i just bet they do).

The Qaballah is Jewish Magic.

True Jews will not study it because they believe it is evil.

You shouldn't study it unless your over 33 (ahem Brittany spears and Ashton Kutcher)

It will only increase powers conjured from evil spirits, if you like evil and all....
