What changes in regulatory affairs have been made at AstraZeneca? How do they develop a regulatory strategy?

Any info would be greatly appreciated! I'm also curious about the structure of the dept...who reports to to who, how do they react to suprises, etc.? How is this going to improve their regulatory performance?

Should I invest in them or someone else?

Questions like this tend to be way too specific for yahoo answers. You may have more luck by doing a search on line for AstraZeneca, and maybe even requesting their annual report (if it is a publicly traded entity).
