Talk to him sweetheart! I have a 16 year old son and he says the same thing! Boys are just as nervous as girls are of talking to someone they like! They r afraid of rejection too! Smile at him whenever you see him! say hello when u see him in the hall! STARE BACK at him and smile when he catches you! Find out the things he likes to do so u can talk to him about it! OR if u really want to rush it- walk right up and lay a big ol liplock on him! lol Just kidding! Be yourself! The next time his friend tells u he likes you- tell his friend to let him know- u would love to hear that from him!!!!!!

Yup that sounds like it especailly if he blushed... trust me guys despite all the learness are more scared and she of girls they like then girls are pretty much due to the way girls treat guys and stop being freinds if they find out the guy likes her.
So ask him out to the cinema...put arm round each other
Oh band how old are you... questions like this should always have you and the boys age so nobody tells you to do things you aint ready for...

If you like him too then you should approach him and spark up a conversation.
If you don't like him, then just go about your business, and if he approaches you and asks you out or anything, gently let him down by saying you aren't interested in dating at the moment.
