A mean thing I did was:
When I was 12, there was a boy named Terrance who lived one street over and went to my school. He would always talk behind people's backs. My friend and I would take a boy named Terrance's hat. We would put Terrance's hat at the top of a tall tree. Terrance was big and could climb a tree. So his hat would sit in the tree for hours. When he got his back back was leaving, we would wave by and call him "los pasteles" (Spanish for pastries). One day three and Terrance of my friends came over. We went inside my room, and we all started to beat him up. Terrance stopped talking behind people's backs and we are friends now.

My brother and I used to tie our little sister's fave doll way high up in the tree. She was too small to climb up and get it. We also used to take her Barbie dolls and get their heads off and put ladyfinger fireworks inside to try and blow up the doll head. Didn't work though, just kinda melted it.
Oh well she still loves us and we are all very good friends now that we are "grown-ups"......lol

I picked on the retarded nerd.
I saw him at our tenth high school reunion and he turned out to really be a genius with a journalism career. He was so friendly and nice, as if I hadn't made him miserable for 6 years.
Also a girl I decided I didn't have much in common with...In 7th grade, I told her she wasn't cool enough. I feel like crap for that to this day, especially at times when I hadn't many friends, and karma showed me my folly.

i broke up with this boy...he was about 19 and i was only about 15....and he cried....he really liked me alot and i was so young that i didn't appreciate all the nice things he said and did....when i heard him cry over the phone....i hung up and laughed at him.....isn't that awful???? i still feel bad i did that....and now when ever my daughters break up with someone i am sooooooo.....hard on them....i tell them to do it in a "kind" way...not that they listen...but i recently cried for one of them...and i wanted to get mad at my daughter...but i didn't..
