If a picture/image from the internet is copyrighted...?

Can I save it my computer ? Does that mean I made a "copy" of it illegaly i.e. copyright infringement?

Posting on a public website carries the implicit license to view it in the normal course of browsing.

Which includes, by definition of the technology involved, the right to copy it onto your computer for your viewing. Once on your computer, you can continue to view the image.

Now, some websites might override the default implied license with a specific explicit (written) license which changes your rights. So, pay attention to what you click.

if your employing the working technique abode windows, then: Open abode windows action picture Maker > Drag on your photographs > Drag on your music > place them on the timeline (for XP) or in abode windows 7 they'll already be on the timeline > Stretch the era of your photograph to slot with the musics length > Export (or save as in abode windows action picture Maker > or use the gadget 'placed up'
