Well, Harvard might have the best reputation (as to smarts. However, you'd probably get a much better education at Yale or Princeton , just because it's a lot smaller and the professors would actually take more interest in you.
All are good.

They are all excellent school. No one who goes to any of those schools should be embarrassed about their school.
Colgate is ranked lower than the other four -- and is noted more for being a great liberal arts college rather than a great university.
The other four are frequently ranked in the top five (other schools that make the top five frequently are Stanford, Duke, Chicago, MIT and Cal Tech). The usual ranking is Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Penn. This year US News gave the top ranking to Princeton.
If you are interested in Business, then Penn is the clear winner among these schools.

It really depends on what major you're going into
Mathematics at Princeton and Yale is better than Harvard
Penn Engineering is one of the best in the world and Harvard has no engineering school/degree
Harvard is excellent in liberal arts, as is princton and yale...
You just have to do your research according to what you're majoring in.

Better? What do you mean by better? A better reputation with employers? And in which field?
Or do you mean better for you? Because just because a school is #1 on some list, that does not mean that it's the best for you, or even the best in your major.
In general, with employers, the schools on your list rank as follows:
Harvard
Yale/Princeton (you pick)
Penn
Colgate
