This question is a two way street, a wife should treat her husband with respect, a husband should treat his wife with respect, no exceptions !

Maybe I am way off on this, but I don't think most husbands want to be treated the way wives want to be treated. I'd love to get flowers for no special reason, and get invited out to dinner so I don't have to cook, and find velvet boxes with pretty jewelry inside.
My husband is allergic to flowers, loves nothing better than a home-cooked meal, and really isn't keen on jewelry.
I think the secret is get to know your man, and give him what HE wants, whether it's a big hug and a hot meal when he gets home from work, or a brilliant conversation about the latest best seller while you have cocktails at the snazziest bar in the city.
I think most men want to be admired, appreciated, and looked up to by their wives. Trouble is most men are not very admirable, and their behavior is thoughtless and makes it hard to see them as anyone special when they don't even notice what you do for them.

A wife should treat her husband with respect. She should be honest and very open to his suggestions and ideas. She should also be affectionate toward him and never dissrespect him. I think a marriage should work both ways. He should also treat you the same way. You need to love honor and obey. You do this and everything will go great.

it is a mutual relationship, give and take, if the wife keeps on giving without getting some back then she will eventually give up on giving.
Anyway a wife (or husband) should be a friend who listens well, absorbs anger rather than respond with more anger, be active in sex like a porn star without pushing too far if the partner is not willing at the time, be considerate to whatever your partner is going through... and the list never ends.
