I live across the street from the beach in Sthrn CA & I have swarms of flies. How do I keep them outside?

I live in Imperial Beach, CA I have swarms of flies. I know there is a water bag solution, but am not sure how to do it. I need help, they are bad.

Where I work we have a fly problem. The solution we use is by spraying sanitzer water all over everything. However, a friend of mine has told me if put water in a zip lock bag and sit it or hang it around ex. over your door, it will keep the flies away. Where my daughter use to work they did this and it indeed worked :)

Yes there are bags that you can buy at Walmarts or Home Depot and don`t open it is the house Take it outside and read the directions it will say where to cut so you`ll need scissors and then you will hand it up wherever the flys are the most and then you will add water. Thats the new ones . The old ones have a inside tube that you have to break and that is simple after you have it hanging up but memo only fill to the dotted line!! Good Luck
