This is a simple case of needing to learn the SI prefixes,
http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Units/prefixes.html
It is just a matter of converting powers of 10.

- how many meters are in cm?
1/00 m = 1 cm

- how many Ml are in l?
1,000 mL in 1 L

- how many mm are in m?
1,000 mm in 1 m

- how many kl are in cl? (I assume)
1/100,000 kL in 1 cL

- how many ug are in Kg?
1,000,000,000 μg in 1 kg

actually, the google search engine will make all these kinds of conversions right from the input box

for instance, I typed "micrograms in a Kilogram" and google responded: 1 kilogram = 1 000 000 000 micrograms

some of your abbreviations are nonstandard, I assume kl is a kiloliter

the conversions you are asking for here are all SI conversions that are given by their prefix, you actually don't have to memorize or look these conversions up once you have learned the few prefixes

u=micro meaning 1/1,000,000
m=mili meaning 1/1000
c=centi meaning 1/100
K= kilo meaning 1000

so there a 1000 mL in a L
there are 1,000,000 micrograms in a gram and 1,000,000,000 micrograms (ug) in a kilgram

learn a few prefaces and all the SI units are an open book
