shouldn't it be illegal now? because of all the AIDS and stuff!

nope. no one takes showers in my school. well, there are showers, but they are only used to like cool you down because they pretty much don't work. they are rusty pieces of crap. nobody takes showers anymore, well you can, it's just not a requirement

Lol the only way you can contract aids in a shower is if you bend over to pick up the soap!!....... know what I mean??
I would say the main reason for not having them is so that the teachers don't perv!
We didn't have seperate cubicles when I was at school. we just had a spray in the middle of the room and had to run through it towards the teacher at the other end who would pass you a towel!!
I never took gym....... I had a permanent period!! lol

well than in that case it shouldent have been a few years ago either.. i know when i was in school 5 years ago u still had to take showers in gym class and stuff.. and its not like u can get aids from standing next to a person with it..

What about the people that have gym 1st period? I would rather not have had to smell them all day. Besides, foot fungus maybe, probably not AIDS. Am SOO glad I graduated already.

last time i checked, you don't get AIDs from showers..
although if someone has somesort of foot fungus, and goes in the shower before you, you can get it.
