I have braces and I've been hearing that you can get gum recession, but I'm not sure what it is except that it messes up your gums. What can I do? My gums are droopy and I feel like hey will come between my teeths. Can the orthodontist or dentist help me? HELP!

Yes a dentist can help you but in the mean time massage ur gums using the tip of your finger, if u have a gum disease (which is common, dont freak) then a dentist told me that the massage would help. Rinse ur mouth 2-3 times a day with warm salt water.

It sound like you might have some kind of gum disease or maybe not. You HAVE to go to the dentist
