I'm 5'8 and I started at 160, but now i'm 153. What weight should i stop at? I'm thinking at the most to stop at 130. What do you think?

It's hard to say. The weight guidelines don't take into consideration body type. One person at 130 might look and feel great, another heavy and tired or too thin (yes there is such a thing). You are the best person to answer this question.

Read up on what your BMI - body mass index is. This is the latest way to determine your ideal healthy weight is. Even Weight Watchers has adapted this into thier guidelines.

i think 130 would be a perfect weight for someone your height

130 sounds healthy. Don't lose too much. You don't want to end up looking like "olive oil"!
