So my friend wants to switch to cingular. Can he switch top my cingular plan from sprint. One problem though he doesnt like there plans so can hetalk to cingular and get his same minutes for the price he got on sprint? Because i wanna get rid of my contract and switch to tmobile.

He will not be able to keep his plan when transferring from Sprint to Cingular. We don't know if the plan he had is an older plan with Sprint or one of the newer ones...
If its one of their newer plans, he can get a Cingular plan that is close to the one he had with Sprint. And remember that with Cingular he is getting rollover minutes too. So if a plan that he wants is at a higher price with the same amount of minutes he had on Sprint...he is more than likely paying for rollover capabilities.
And Cingular does not do price matching so calling Cingular will do your friend no good. He only has the option of the plans they offer. And you may want to warn him about the transfer fees.
