it could just be dry skin or you could be pregnant. if it keeps happening tell your dr

It probably means they are dry. Maybe you could try some lotion. Are you pregnant by any chance? Lactation could be a possible solution, as could breast growth.

Maybe it's an irritation to your laundry detergant, or fabric softener, or dryer sheets. could also be from your soap or lotion.

could means you've worn your underwear too long.
actually it could mean your clothing still has a tag in it or has not been washed properly, or maybe not sewn properly.
