Any silver coin can be sold to a dealer for a little less than the value of the silver. Most standing liberty quarters look flat when they are worn. The key will be if you can still see the date, (bottom of the obverse). Any standing liberty with a date is worth more than melt value. If it is a common date, (most 1920's), then it is probably worth about $3. If it is dated earlier, it can be worth much more, if it is dated 1916 it is worth $1000 minimum.

All Standing Liberty quarters are 90% silver,so if it is intact with rims it has .18084 oz of pure silver. This is troy ounces. Since silver prices fluctuate you need to know today's price to get value.
Since you did not give a date, you kind of tell me that it is worn off. If this is so, then it is worth silver value only. Also one silver coin by itself is hard to sell, for it cost more to have it refined than the silver in it. Save up a few ounces then it will be worth selling. Hope I helped you out on this.
