Lol properly ok right this is what I do, I placed on my radio/ipod and turn it up, then i bypass around the room and sing and dance alongside to my music, and once I bypass the mirror I faux i'm onstage making a music the music that's on. I additionally dance alongside to it, haha 'm the variety of nerd, yet i in my opinion do no longer suggestions cleansing :p

I'm very rarely bored, but I do clean if I'm bored, upset or angry ... especially when I am angry. It's a good way to burn energy and keep your mouth shut. Man I get a lot done! ...
