Get an atty. The IRS may take payments, and they may write off some of the debt. But you really have to have an atty that specializes in IRS.

Pay money owed to IRS or call to see if they will accept payments at this late date. The notices were not kidding.

They can and will take everything there. They did it to me. Close out the account and do everything in cash. Contact them to make a contract for any money due. THEY WILL GET IT..As the saying goes the one thing you cannot escape is "Death and taxes".

umm...nothing? obviously you did something wrong and theres no chance of you doing anything about it until the IRS gets their money.

call them up, say "hey, how much do i owe you" and then cut them a check...

i knew someone who woke up and his work truck was gone, his motorcycle AND they froze his bank account.
