I believe you have hormonal inbalance and you need more or differing treatment than gastric by-pass surgery. Get evaluated by other doctors.

Please start exercising and eating less start slow and work up or you can become sick. Is there a visiting nurses office near you? If your doctor gives you a prescription for a physical therapist they can go out and help you get stronger and walk with a walker if you need the help to get up and get moving. Some times being over weight makes it hard to move and to walk and can mask an underlying condition. I used to work for a visiting nurse so yes I do know they can help if your doctor feels you need physical therapy.

You have to start to change your diet, do a bit of exercise, ask your doctor? he can tell you things to do to get you started on the right track. Have confidants in what you are trying to do, Call First call for help in the yellow pages, ask them if they can get you help? You are on the right track, asking for help!

I really wish I could help, but I have no idea of where to start. I don't want to tell you something that might be dangerous to you. GOOD LUCK!!!
