Basically, I want to go on a shopping spree specifically for shoes and maybe belts. I was hoping to be able to buy cute shoes, keds, sandals, converses, boots, etc. within a reasonable price range. I'd rather not use the internet to shop, so if you have any suggestions for stores to visit, thankx in advance.

The SAlvation Army or Goodwill! I'm serious. I worked with registered nurses who bought their shoes there. Designer shoes donated by wives of drs & lawyers ect. Worn only once or twice!!!!!!! For a couple of $ a pair. From upscale stores in NYC. Naturally none were in MY size!!!!!!!!!!

Aldo is relatively cheap. What is your price range exactly?
I am sure there will be big Labor Day sales going on in all of the major department stores soon.

Try DSW. Journeys has Converse. They have stores in a lot of malls, too ( http://www.journeys.com ). For other shoes that sound like your style, try AMO ( http://www.amogirls.com ), and the best boots are at Delia's ( http://www.delias.com ). There are locations in malls for Delia's too. AMO you can order over the phone or on the internet.

Try shoe outlets (like E &J's), they have all the big brands at very reduced prices, and they have all varieties of sahoes, from sneakers to stilletos.
