How can I get that old musty smell out of my garage?

the garage is about 40 years old and has that moldy musty crap smell.

go to a commercial cleaning store and ask for A-22 and wash the garage with it or D.I.E. Block will do.

I would spray alot of vinegar in nearly everything in it plus clean out everything in the garage. There might be dead rats or hard telling anything.....

a good steam cleaning will do it, fresh air will protect it from further musky smell. thank you
