Im a failry high level soccer player and sometimes in practice and games I get a little bit light headed and dizzy. I think I eat right, get enough sleep, could it be a certain nutrient or vitamin?

It could be one or more of these: dehydration, low blood pressure or electrolyte imbalance in your blood. Be sure and stay well hydrated!

You might also be iron deficient, if you have additioal trouble with any type of cardio work out. You might want to look into having a doctor check on you.

Drink lots of water. Also, you may need your bloodsugar checked.

i would have it check it out maybe has to do with your inner ear.
