If the skirt is so short that you could possibly see in there, then it's sluttly enough where wearing no underwear makes no difference.

That's personally, discusting. It happens alot at school dances, they end up being kicked out because they wear no underwear for a guys satisfaction. It's ILL, and low. They're sluts, they have no life.
