Does anyone have a chart ( like online) or know of one that shows the breast growth of like a teen or whatever?

If I may make a suggestion, I don't think that you are really going to find what you are looking for. You can't really determine what normal breast growth will be, it is totally individual. They will come when they come, or not, and they will be anywere between tic-tacs to watermelons, you just don't know. I went through puberty at age 9, had DD cup by 6th grade, my sister on the other hand doesn't fill an A cup, and didn't go through puberty till she was almost done with highschool. This is too freaky a thing to ever try to predict some kind of normal pattern, all that will happen is she will either be expecting to be what she thinks will be normal, and be disappointed, or feel like a freak if it is above normal. I just don't want her to feel like she should be measuring up to something that is so different, you know what I mean. Just tell her they will come when they come, and she is beautiful no matter what her cup size is!

I don't think there's a chart. Every girl is different, and they develop at different rates.
