This is not bad for your battery. It is good to drain the battery completely about once a quarter, more often if you constantly switch between battery and AC. This will keep your battery life at a long time instead of it thinking that only 1/2 charge is fully charged.

It is OK to use AC power. Assuming that the AC is converted to DC within the laptop, and the proper adapter is used.
If you take the battery apart, you'll see more than rechargeable cells, you'll see a circuit that is designed to tell the laptop the amount of "life" left, and also some diodes and circuitry that prevents over charging.
However, I believe DELL recently has a recall on over 4 million defective laptop batteries, so check that out.

PCs dont run on AC. Never have.
Thats why the power supply and converter that come with PCs converts to DC power.
As long as you are using the power converter supplied with your laptop (not a dell recall cord that bursts into flames) then no problems

Well... if you never use battery power.... does it really matter?
But to answer your question... most likely not. Older laptop batteries would create a "memory" and not stay charged as long, but technology has now removed most of that threat.

No you are running it off of AC on a transformer. You can do this indefinately without damage. The battery need not be in it.

As long as at least once a year you let your battery drain all the way at least once a year (most laptop batteries only last about 1.5 years anyways) then you aren't damaging it at all.

No, but you have to work occasionally on the battery, because it's good that it's being used. Use it until it gets flat once in a while ....
