intuition and knowing your opponent. this is for poker only, but I'm sure it will transfer to all card games. Bridge, Hearts, spades, Euchre, anything!
But for poker, you really need to know your opponent, especially in no limit hold em. Other skills you need are obviously math skills, and knowing when to make a move (bluff). good luck.

Reading body language, tells a lot about the people you are playing against, and knowing that, you can use your own body language to bluff or hide what you are thinking/feeling.

I smoke alot, blow smoke on my opponent, kick their shins, wear sunglasses so you can't see my eyes and I stare my opponents down.
