Try Neutrogena's Visibly Even products or their products for combination skin (2 or more of these conditions: dry, oily, sensitive, breakouts, etc.)
Fresh Foaming Cleanser., Neutrogena® Alcohol-Free Toner , Oil-Free Moisture for Combination Skin, Neutrogena Deep Clean™ Gentle Scrub, Neutrogena Clear Pore™ Cleanser/Mask (for oily and/or blemish prone areas), & Hydrating Facial Cloth Mask (http://www.neutrogena.com/Content_79.asp).
. You can find these at most Walmarts and other Drug or Grocery Stores.

Take care of your skin on a daily & weekly basis as follows:

-You will need: Cleanser, Toner (or Astringent), Cotton Balls, Moisturizer, Mask (or Masque), Extractor (found at most beauty supply stores), and either a facial steamer or hand towel for steaming.

-Morning and night (before going to bed): cleanse, tone, and moisturize. For blackheads, clogged pores, etc. 2-3 times a week include steaming in these steps (in this order: cleanse, tone, steam, tone, moisturize).

-Once a week: cleanse, tone, steam, exfoliate, tone, *extractions, tone, mask, tone, moisturize.
*Don't begin doing extractions until you have been following all of the other steps for at least 2 weeks, so that the steaming will have caused the blackheads to begin to soften.

-How to: *
Cleanse -use a small amount and lather with water, apply using circular motions all over face and neck, repeat if you have makeup on
Tone - Squeeze a small amount onto the cottonball and wipe all over face and neck
Steam - for 10-15 minutes, use one of these methods - facial steamer, hold your face 3-5 inches above steaming water, or drape a hot towel over your face (leaving your nostrils and/or mouth exposed)
Exfoliate - follow the same steps as in cleansing, but don't repeat
Extractions - place the hoop (or eye) over the blemish (or blackhead) so that the blemish is in the center of the hoop, apply slight pressure and use rocking and rolling movements all around the blemish (don't use so much pressure that you create indentions or bruises on your skin), if and when the blockage comes out of the pore, wipe away with a cottonball that has been dampened with toner
Mask - apply mask evenly on face and neck, leave for 10-15 minutes, remove by draping a hot towel over your face, then wiping away
Moisturize - apply a small amount on face an neck and massage until it's absorbed
*In all of these steps, always avoid the eye area.

~VITAMINS/MINERALS, DIET, & EXCERCISE~
Each day, include a multivitamin for women and try to maintain a fairly healthy diet and exercise routine. Also see this site about vitamins and the skin: http://www.prevention.com/article/0,5778,s1-5-53-156-3879-1,00.html. If you take any of these vitamins in addition to your multivitamin, be sure you aren’t going over the recommended dosages.

Take it from someone who's face breaks out by using water (ok, a little over stated). I have really sensitive skin and easily break out. I've tried the very expensive cosmetics brands, but who can afford $75 for 5 oz.? The BEST product out there for dry skin is Lubriderm Seriously Sensitive Moisturizing Lotion for Extra Sensitive Dry Skin. It's 100% Lanolin Free, Dye Free and Fragrance Free. This product can be purchased CVS, Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart or some grocery stores. Whatever product you decide to use make sure it's Lanolin Free, as lanolin is a greasy yellow substance secreted by the sebaceous glands of sheep. Lanolin is chemically akin to wax and it is used in skin lotions, ointments, shoe polish, rust-preventative coatings and water-proofing wax. You're trying to stop break outs, not cause them! I would also lay off the scrub until you can get your skin balanced again, as most scrubs are used to exfoliate (remove dead skin). They contain harsh chemicals (acids) and a grit such as crushed apricot kernel, almond shells, sugar, salt crystals, or pumice to exfoliate your skin. I wouldn't exfoliate facial skin more than once a week. Clinque also makes two good products called "Comfort On Call" and "Redness Solutions" but each cost $39.50 for 1.7 oz.
