Mike Toreno is a game character although i can't get him off my lawn on the game gta san andreas. Any help and is it a glitch?

you might want to start by moving your Ps2/PC etc. out of your garden. If that doesn't work, it is a real Mike Toreno. Start by finding a picture of the San Andreas one. If the two match, start by making scary faces at him.
