I don't think doctors are the ones that are surgery happy. It is their job. The do what the do to make a living.
I think PEOPLE are surgery happy. Always obsessing about their looks and wanting to fix everything. They are the ones that come to doctors for plastic surgery and liposuction, not the doctors going out and searching for people.
