Big Papi is not only a very intelligent person but he is far from the ugliest man in baseball. He has a heart of gold and a beautiful smile to match it! There are many others out there with worse looks than Papi and to judge a person by their looks is rather insensitive and immature. I would take a man like Big Papi anyday! He is genuine.

He's up there, but he can still hit the ball a ton. As to the ugliest man in baseball, it would be either Henry Blanco or Raul Casanova (if he's still in baseball even).
