For Steel, Superman, Ride of Steel @ Six Flags New England. It's an amazing coaster where you spend more time out of your seat than in it. The ride flies and when you get back to the station, you're on an incredible high. It's one of the few rides, where I've seen the whole train of people just gushing from the awesome ride!

For wood, I'd say Boulder Dash at Lake Compounce in CT. It's a fun terrain coaster that not only takes advantage of the landscape and terrain, but packs in a kick *** ride, especially at night!

The best roller coaster I went on was the newest coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain.... Tatsu... . It was the most interesting and exhilirating feeling to be basically laying face down throughout the entire rise... makes you feel like you are FLYING!

Of the few parks I've been to, I'd say there are two "bests" for me, for different reasons...

1. Goliath at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California, for sheer height. The first drop is INSANE!

2. Superman Krypton Coaster a/k/a SKC at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio for elements and smoothness... not to mention, it's floorless!

The best "woodie" I've actually ridden has to be the "former" Texas Cyclone, from the now closed Six Flags Astroworld - Houston. The Texas Giant at Six Flags Over Texas is a great woodie, but nothing can compare to the classic Cyclone style of the Texas Cyclone.

the ''BEAST'' at kings island has no equal. it has consistently been rated in the top 10 wooden roller coasters in the world for years. the best part is, it just seems to get faster and faster as the day goes on.

I have been to many amusement parks. I would say the best ride is Screamin' California at Disney's California Adventure Park in Anaheim, CA.
