Well let's see - I am going bald so not my head.
Had a few too many beers so not my stomach.
Haven't worked out in quite some time - so there goes my arms and legs.
Man this is hard. If only it was for the unsexiest.
Oh! Phew - I was getting worried, but my wife just walked by and said my eyes are the sexiest. (I think it's just way of her agreeing with what I said above - but what the hell I'll take it. :)

My lips. They are SO tiny and delicate but, still pouty at the same time. I've never seen anyone who's lips I've prefered over my own. No matter what my health they always stay the same deep rosey pink that clashes with my skintone perfectly and, the corners of my mouth are always slightly curved upward. I love them because the LAST thing that comes to mind when looking at them is oral sex. (Unlike girls who have huge fat apish lips, or stretched out super thin old lady lips that look "used".)

I feel it's my shoulders and upper arms. I've worked out a lot and my friends all comment on how great they think my shoulders and arms look. (Of course, I had to lose 22 lbs. to have anyone notice them in the first place and I wasn't that big to begin with. I'm mostly toned now.) After that, I would have to say my breast implants because my clothes look better now and I have a better self-image than I did before.
