It Doesn't Exist, just Choose 1: Free or Legal, the two cant coexist, if you're looking for free try limwire http://www.limewire.org/ if you're looking for legal try the walmart website http://downloads.walmart.com/swap/ where each song is 88 cents, not a dollar like most places
