VERY FINE SANDPAPER AND RETOUCH WITH PAINT....IF NOT CREATE A STENCIL DESIGN ...

paint over it...sand it off....nailpolish remover will strip the paint thats on it if there is any

Sand it off or just paint over it.

If all else fails use oil base stain kill then paint over it.
