No I havent but my friend has...
Last week my friend moved into a duplex and they were recently redone. It is not exactly located in the best neighborhood but its not that bad. One of the guys who is redoing the other side of the duplex was caught standing across the street staring at my friend through her windows..she has no curtains hung yet. I mean he was literally trying to hide himself in the businesses doorway. He has a key to her house also b/c the renters gave him one so he could fix up anything that was broken. I mean this guy is totally creepy..he has a belly that hangs over his jeans, no teeth, and a tattoo of the name Brutus on his arm. He knows that she is single and lives alone. Earlier that day when he was working he came to her side and asked to use her phone which she let him but she made him stay outside. She called the cops that night when she saw him lurking around her home across the street and told them what had happened which I would have done also.
I told her to tell her renters that she does not feel comfortable having this guy around her house at 9 or 10 at night.
He should only work on the other side during the day.

I used to get a neighbour's son watching me while I exercised in my living room, then watching my daughters after I went to work. Most of the time he would stay on his own side of the fence, and watch us through cracks in the blinds. One night he decided to see if he could get closer to watch my youngest on the couch under the window, while she watched TV. My oldest cat wasn't going to tolerate any of that bull sh*t! As soon as she realized he was there, she slipped under the blinds and started wailing and howling like a possessed ghost. She must have managed to claw him through the screen as well, because when my daughter pulled up the blind to see what was going on, the cat was hanging off the screen and he was retreating over the fence.
I told my neighbour about the incident, and they were terribly horrified. The son couldn't deny it either, because of the four inch scratch down his cheek (the cat just missed his eye). I agreed that I wouldn't call the police this time, as long as we had no more problems like it. And we never did, although we lived there for another 4 years afterwards.
The boy was 17 (and very big for his age) when it happened. (And still carried the scar prominently on his face when we moved.)

Oh my friend in college had one. And she had the cops come and get his fingerprints off the window of her apartment & then the next time he did it they caught him & could prove he'd done it before w/ the prints, etc.
Also in college there was some pervert who had a fetish for wacking off over sleeping girls so one of my friends who took a nap in her car with the window open was unpleasantly surprised. Another girl from my same school had (I assume) the same guy actually break into her apartment and do the same in her room while she was sleeping in her bed! I can't even imagine!!

Yep. We had to stay in an RV park once and the owner was an old farmer-type in overalls, only he resembled Boris Karloff. He walked around peeping in trailers. Our dog didn't like him, so he poisoned her. She survived, barely.

yes, it was the man that lives in back of us. It was gross because he would watch us exercise through this little room he built in his back yard, he even put a window looking right towards our house ( sliding glass window in back yard). My dad figured it out and call the authorities!

My friend did. He would stand outside her window and watch her sleep and have sex. One time he knocked something over outside.. she went to check and saw cigarette butts on the floor and more than a few jizzum stains on the wall outside her bedroom! He had been there a quite a few times!
They never caught him.

Yes and it was a bit unnerving... I was generally embarassed and pissed off. Taught me a lesson about leaving the blinds open though...
