WHATS THE HARM THAT FETUS WOULDNT KNOW OR FEEL IT ANYWAYS.... IT WONT BE ABLE TO FEEL BECAUSE THE NERVES ARENT DEVELOPED YET IN EARLY PRGNANCY! AND ADOPTION IS A BUNCH OF CRAP. THERES A LOT OF KIDS THAT ARE RAPED AND STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF I DONT HEAR PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT THAT. ADOPTION IS ONE OF THE CAUSES OF MENTAL DISABILITIES AND SUICIED.

ok sweetie I am 20 years old. I am pregnant now. I got pregnant at 17 and my mom made me choose living on the streets or getting an abortion. So I got the abortion. I lived in California at that time. I think it would be best to tell a parent. You may think that an abortion wont bother you, but as every april passes by I think I could have a baby this old. It takes a toll on you. As for adoption that has nothing to do with kids thinking about suicide and mentally disabled. Mentally disabled you are born with it or develops over time from drugs. I was adopted and I am smart going to college, going to work at the hospital, and never thought about suicide. There is times all kids think their parents dont like them cause our parents have been here before and just want to help us not fall into the worng path. They just want what is best for us.

I am sorry people have judged you and you seem to have had a very rough time of it and need a little counselling I think. It is a shame you feel like that about your parents. I won't comment on that because it is none of my business but you certainly are extremely unhappy.
As for whether your parents have to know........ Maybe have a chat with your family planning clinic. You can attend those at any age and recieve free advice without even giving your name. If it is you that is pregnant you need to act quickly. I believe 10 weeks is the cut off date for an abortion and they will only abort after that time in special circustances.
I live in England so the laws are different here I am afraid so I can't give you a definate yes or no.
Good luck and don't let others judge you. They don't know you or your individual circumstance.

Actually, the baby may be able to feel pain as early as 7 weeks. Her hearts starts beating at just 3 weeks, and by 6 weeks she has tiny fingers and recordable brain waves. Take a look at:

I believe California is one of the few states without parental consent laws. You might try and contact your local Planned Parenthood and talk to them about it.
And for what it's worth, abortion really isn't traumatic, and it's not very painful physically. I had one about 20 years ago and have never regretted it. You're better off regretting having an abortion than regretting having a child.
Try checking out some of the stories at http://www.imnotsorry.net
Good luck.

First of all, Im not sure that you can do it without your parents. Second, you should probably tell your mom or a close adult friend or relative. You should have somebody mature to talk to about it, not to try to talk you out of it, just to talk to. Also, when you have it done, you may need somebody to drive you home. And as a mom myself, I would be crushed if I found out from somebody else or much later that my daughter had an abortion and I didnt know. You need support.

yes, you definitely need your mom. they need to sign papers and take responsibilities for you. if you think this is the right move for you,who to said than talk to your mom about it. I'm sure she will be as supportive as she can be. i don't think your mom will have the heart to turn you away in time of needs. don't you feel better to have your mom by your side than have to do this alone. i f any thing goes wrong she will know what to do.better to be honest in the first place than trying to hide it. from experience, better to be safe than sorry.she might be upset at first and once you get pass that . it will be o.k.

I dont think so. just find a clinic in your area and check with them. if you have a cell phone then call, but I dont suggest calling from home just in case your parents find out. and i totally agree with you seeing as Im a neglected child too.
