Soak them in vinegar.
If you've already put them in the dryer it may be too late.
When I get home from the gym I spray the armpits of my t-shirts with a solution of half vinegar and half water that I keep in a spray bottle. My t-shirts don't stink.
I don't use antiperspirant and I use a "natural" deoderant.

My husband sweats like a pig when doing any yard work and some times at his job.
I have found that if I wash his clothes in Era with a scoop of Clorox II powder and I also add some Snuggle fabric softener to the load. I do not have to double wash the clothes and if some of my things get in there with his, they all come out smelling fresh.

Give it a try.

I seems funny to add something smelly to your laundry to make it smell better, but it works. To your regular detergent add about 1C. ammonia (not the sudsing kind), but do not add any bleach. The ammonia will help break down the body oils still left in the clothing. I used to work at a grill and my jeans would start smelling like rancid grease after a while. Adding ammonia to the wash got out all those nasty smells.

Wash your clothes with your usual detergent, but pour a cup of distilled vinegar in with the soap as the tub is filling with water. This will not harm the clothes and/or color but should get that nasty smell out.

if you have spray n wash or something like that, spray the hell out of the arm pit area. also, pour a small amt of your detergent onto the area, rub it in and then let the wash cycle sit for awhile before it spins out. i have done this to clothes that have sit in storage for months and had a mildew smell to them.
