i mean for self defense.
he will die?
he can not move any more?

That area is extremely sensitive to pain. It is an excellent target for self defense. He will be helpless for quite a while. He certainly won't be able to fight back.

It will make him crumble before your feet. If you've ever litten any part of your body on fire (even a tiny bit like a spark) it hurts the guy 100 fold.

he won't die but it is possible to cause "testicular trauma" and he wont be able to have children. Depending on how hard you hit it will take between 1-2 minutes to recover in which time he will be in unimaginable pain/discomfort

it hurts so much and in that time u have plenty of time to get away b/c hes not getting up to quickly
but no he wont die

you won't kill him but your keep him from having to help make kids not metion that he'll be in alot oi pain for a while a good 2 minutes.
