Aspen or Vail fit all the criteria but to avoid crowds don't go at Christmas or Presidents week. Bring a large bag of money or a wallet full of very healthy credit cards. In the East, Killington is very popular, if you ski mid week anytime other than the Holidays you should not be bothered by crowds but of course the nightlife is definitely better on the weekend.

Check out Mammoth Lakes, California. An entire huge volcanic caldera is ski-able. Just north of there is the June Lake area. There's a ton of web pages, but here's one...

(Click on Winter Fun if that isn't what comes up first.)
If by "nightlife" you mean taverns and girls, well...it's within driving distance of southern Cal. It's also an incredibly beautiful place.

Come onto Wild and Wonderful West Virginia. We have Snowshoe Mountain and Winter Place. If you decide on Winter Place you are close to Beckley, Princeton, and Bluefield. There are some fun clubs to hit up. Beckley has to many to mention. Princeton has H2O, Fireplace, The Club, Leo's, and many more as does Bluefield. Not to mention in the Bluefield Princeton area you have 3 colleges. Lots of ladies to hit the clubs with!
