This year's VMA's is going to take place in New York City, where the 23rd annual awards show will be televised from Radio City Music Hall on Thursday, August 31st at 8:00 P.M.
There's probably going to a a pre-show too, where they show all of the guests arriving. I think thats at 6:00 or 6:30 p.m.
I can't wait to watch it. =)
