My intention is to open an Web based text book store. what is the right source to buy text books from. I do not want to stock the books, but want the source to send it directly to my buyers.

Go to a college and 1. Take the texts the store does not buy back but is kind enough to take off the student's hands (a friend of mine did that at the University of Oregon and did well) or 2. just buy the texts off students for the same price. They won't have to stand in line and are probably fed up with college bookstore sticking it to them with high prices and low buybacks.

I don't think what you are looking for exists. You either keep an inventory or earn commissions selling of someone else's inventory.
