In Internet Explorer, select View, Text Size, Large (or whichever you prefer). It is normally set to Medium.

You can try to either hold down ctrl while scrolling your mouse, or if you don't have a scroller mouse, you can go to 'view' up in your tool bar, 'text size' and pick whichever size is better for you. If that doesn't help, you can turn down the resolution on your monitor.

Either get some new glasses or I sometimes copy the page to Word or notebook and increase the text size. You could also set the magnifier that comes with windows.
