Removing eye make-up is simple. When you say "easy-at-home" tips, does that mean a formula made from stuff around the house? if so, then I'm afraid that I can't help you there. You see, many people say that you can remove eye make up with vasaline (petroleum jelly), but while it may remove the make up, it adds way too much of the bad oils into your skin. as grose as this may sound, it's make you have zits around your eyes. that's why i use the mary Kay OIL-FREE eyemake up remover. here's a link to see it. all you have to do is shake the bottle (the reason it looks like it has oil in it is because it has 2 formulas that don't mix unless you shake it. one formula is to take away normal eyemake up, the other is for waterproof), apply it to a cotton ball or a cotton swab, and gently rub it across your eyelid and eyelashes until the make up is all off! I really hope that this helps you!

Hi, i used milk once i figured that if it removes hair dye from skin then it will move mascara and it leaves your eyes refreshed use on cotton wool. There isnt many other ways only soap but it hurts when you get it in your eyes and if you rub to much you get red sore yes. If you have an eye make up remover at home use that. Also i noticed in some shops they have cotton bud with eye make up remover to get the make up off your eyes better. Or 3 in one cleansing cloths are ok

For normal makeup, a cleanser, cleansing wipe, or vaseline should get it off. You can use a cotton bud to help get it off all of your eyelashes.
If your waterproof mascara is really hard to get off, use some cotton wool and baby oil. Anything oil-based will remove tough makeup.
The skin around your eyes is very sensititve so you don't want to be scrubbing it raw.
If you want something that can be made at home, this site has some good ideas:

Use cotton wool and baby lotion if you don't have makeup remover. Just be gentle on the eyes. Then you can wash your face with soap and water, or face wash if you use that. After that apply toner, then moisturise. If you do this everyday your skin will look great. Never go to sleep with make up on.

rub vaseline on both eyes...
then take a WARM rag,
and wipe off all the makeup.
do not put vaselin anywhere else on your face, because it will clog your pores and could make you break out...
but the vaseline on the eyes...will deff work!!!
good luck!! =)
