Wear sunscreen every day, at least 15 SPF. If you're going to be in the sun wear a wide-brimmed hat. Eat a well-balanced diet that nourishes your skin and body. Someone else mentioned smoking--don't smoke. That's what it takes and if you are lucky your genetic makeup isn't prone to wrinkles. I am going to be 44 next month and I do not have any wrinkles. I wear hats in the sun, sunscreen, don't sunbathe, eat healthy foods, and I suppose skin genes that don't wrinkle early (also, oily skin mostly on my face). I have also been protecting my skin since I was about 16 years old.

They say that what you do to your skin in your 20s will show up in your 40s. Definately stay out of the sun. Make sure you always use an eye creme. Wrinkles around the eyes can really age you.

Stay out of the tanning beds. That ages the skin quicker than anything. Eat lots of foods with antioxidants, and keep your skin moisturized.

There's no way to avoid lines and wrinkles, but you can slow the process by eating healthy, not allowing toxins to build up in your body, and staying out of the direct sunlight and tanning beds.

-Daily, take a women's multivitamin, drink plenty of water, and maintain a well-balanced diet - as referenced in some of the sites above.
-In most stores and drug stores you can find a gel and cream specifically for diminishing under-eye circles, puffiness and for the prevention and treatment of wrinkles. You can use a gel-based one morning and night after cleansing and toning, but if you use a cream, only use once a day as the pores in this area are more sensitive and can clog easily causing whiteheads. If you already have problems with blemishes in this area, just use a gel-based product.
-To Conceal: Try this one, as directed, you can find it in most grocery and drug stores: http://www.physiciansformula.com/detail_list.asp?itemid=02467&scene=CONCEALERS&categorid=110 - apply on the dark areas of your eye and other places as neede (sometimes using your pinky finger is easiest).

Confidence is more important becuase when you are older you are left only w/ personality. That being said, sunblock, water & moisturizer are the moist important elements. Also important is exfoliation. That is what I do. Admittedly, I have good genes, I still keep on top of this and stay out of he sun as much as possible.

Look after yourself, watch what you eat, stay out of the sun, use plenty of moisturiser, make sure you exercise, drink plenty of water, but most of all above all these things, MAKE SURE YOU DONT SMOKE, smoking is one of the biggest factors that cause wrinkles, besides other smoking related illnesses.
