Some guys like to see a pretty set of toes all colorful and bright, peeking out from a young woman's sandals. But some women opt for the French tipped toes. Which do you prefer: colorful or French tipped and why?

I love mine either hot pink or red, depending on the season.
I love french manicures, but french pedicures, to me, make one's toenails look like they need a trim.

Polished. French tipped is common, and so often done with the wrong shades. On the toes, it looks like your toenails are too long and need trimming. Women pay way too much for French tips, and it just doesn't look as natural as they think. Just go all out and use color!

I like to use polish put in a sheer pink shade that makes any yellow or discoloration look nice. I like a polish that makes my nails all appear french tipped, but still natural.

The nail polish I'm talking about that is SSOOO wonderul is Revlon #013 Sheer Innocence.... it's GREAT

Well you know, it truely depends on the occasion. I tend to like to use different shades of reds and pinks for everyday wear. If there's an elegant or formal event I'm attending then I usually go with the french or american pedicure. Whatever style I choose, short is the way I go. Long toenails are hideous!

Colorful, but preferrably a shade of pink no darker than your lips. The french tipped toenail look usually looks fake, or like you don't trim your toenails.

I like both! French looks nice 'cause it's nice and clean, but there are so many colours out there that would look great on toes! Like, the colour I'm wearing now. It's a bright orangy-yellow that looks great on the feet, but I wouldn't wear it on my nails!

Fully painted colored polish. French tips are pretty but they require much more upkeep. Most people don't put forth enough effort to keep them looking nice and not yellowed and funky.

I'm just a guy...don't even know what french manicure is???? A woman with really nicely manicured nails is a plus but I like softer, non evasive colors depend on the occasion too

Polished. French tip is for fingernails.

I like polished toenails with a cute, jazzy design on the big toe. Nothing too fancy...just eyecatching and feminine.
