Pick and choose what you eat, don't skimp, just decide that you will eat healthy and only choose a special dessert occassionally. If you like pastries, decide that you will eat them only once a week. Once you control the "extras" will you see a difference in your weight. As far as your belly, legs and hips, a little time each day doing sit ups, etc. will help. Only spend 5 min. the first week on situps, and then increase each week by a few extras. You will see improvement in about two months.

Well, weight is mostly a pure numbers game. There is caloric intake that makes you gain weight(surplus), keeps weight stable(maintenance), and weight loss(deficit). There are base numbers based on your current weight and then it usually needs adjusted for each individual. It is important to watch what you eat and keep your blood sugar stable. Note that after age 30 you start to lose muscle which reduces your metabolism and is why it's important to have excercise that builds some muscle.

I've had 2 kids and I'm 115lbs, trust me I love food and I'm lazy I don't exercise. I breastfed my kids for about 4 weeks each. So that had a lot to do with it. Really I just drank a lot of water and took flax seed oil pills, that was about it. Good luck!

Consult a nutritionist for a diet, most will tell u lots of fruits and veggies but if ur nursing u have to have more of a lot of things. Keep taking ur prenatal vitamins as they will give u more energy. Walk walk walk walk! U can swim too as it used every muscle in your body!!!

You can pretty much eat what you want -- if you watch portion sizes! Look at your open palm. Now think about how much food would fit inside your palm. Eat that much, then stop. drink lots of water. Enjoy the best of everything.

I don't see how you can lose weight without watching what you eat. You have to burn calories and eat high protein and few carbs. The carbs & sugar are what accumulates around your midsection.
